As boomers pass on their wealth, the next generation is finding itself split within communities, between those who will inherit wealth and those who won’t. In my experience, our conversations haven’t caught up with this yet, and often we deny it as a phenomenon. So it’s understandable, that redistributive policies haven’t caught up to this phenomenon.
I have run one workshop so far, where participants, after engaging with the work, were invited to write down questions around money, put them in a hat, then break out into pairs, to ask and respond to questions.
